ANGRY CHICK

After I got the pre-assessment from IMD105 class, I have to design a simple 800 by 600 pixel banner and use the image that teacher gave to us.

When I saw this very cute chick picture, I already think about one famous mobile game named "Angry Birds". Then I want to create one "Angry Chick" banner which I don't know it gonna look like.

I start by crop the chick from the background using layer mask in photoshop.

Then I use brush tool to draw outline and eyebrows to give cartoon feeling.

After that I draw some clouds in the background, and put text "Angry Chick" on the left side of the banner.

Almost complete!!

The assignment require to create an eggshell in illustrator, so I put another small chick in the eggshell logo over the text. Finally, I got a very simple funny banner for my first pre-assessment.
